The West Ealing Quiz is back for the winter of 2016/2017!

Rob & Lu Green are again setting the questions.

The quiz generally takes place on the 1st Friday of the month unless circumstances dictate otherwise!,

Our quiz nights are pleasant, fun filled evenings, so come along and test your brains.

Don't forget food is available on request for a small price. (3.00pp)

The quiz is open to members, friends, families, neighbours as well as our friends from other bowls clubs. Find yourselves a team of 4 people and come along. There is a 1 per person entry fee to cover prizes.

Times are 19.30 for 20.00 start so try and arrive early to help the organisers and find the 'best seat in the house'.

Friday 7th October 2016'Where's Richard?' led by Ian Henderson but missing the titular Richard Nabarro! They amassed a total of 51 points to win by 1, thanks to a bonus point. 7 Teams took part
Friday 4th November'Four Square', Chef Norma, Steve Higgs, Janine Bancroft & Carl with 55.5 Points. Special mention to 'Dumb & Dumber', perennial wooden spooners, who beat their previous best score by passing the 50% mark with 30.5 out of 60!
Friday 2nd December'The Godfours (nearly)', David Godfrey and family. Their first win of the winter with 55 Points
Friday 6th January 2017Once again, the 'Godfours' with 55 points. 10 teams took part in the first 2017 quiz
Friday 3rd FebruaryAfter a close finish including a tie-break, once again, the 'Godfours' scraped through! See you all in March
Friday 3rd MarchWith 52.5 points, 'Plastermind' with Keith Marriage bounced back from last month's tie-break. A good night with 14 teams taking part.
Friday 7th April Once again David Godfrey's Team (The Neuk Teugels) took top place. The Snowball was won by 'When Harry met Ali'
